Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Raipur.

The Human Resources

Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding and exit procedures. The role involves implementing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and labor regulations, and supporting performance management and appraisal activities.



The individual will handle employee relations issues, assist in resolving workplace concerns, and contribute to initiatives that foster engagement, retention, and a positive work environment.

The Human Resources

Executive will collaborate closely with management and other departments to support workforce planning, training coordination, and HR reporting.

Qualifications

- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience overseeing core HR functions.
- Proficiency in HR Operations, including documentation, HRIS usage, and support for recruitment and onboarding.
- Experience in Employee Relations, with the ability to address grievances, support conflict resolution, and promote a respectful workplace.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and basic labor laws, with experience implementing and communicating HR guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate HR qualifications are an advantage.
- Solid interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or equipment-related sectors is beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in Raipur and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
