Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner at Fintech Cloud Pvt. Ltd. will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives and growth plans. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon involves partnering with leadership to design and implement HR policies, support workforce planning, and drive organizational effectiveness.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations, supporting performance management cycles, advising on labor and employment law compliance, and guiding managers on people-related decisions.



The role will also handle HR operations such as onboarding, exit processes, HR data management, and policy communication. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen company culture, support change management, and enhance employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with experience designing, implementing, and maintaining HR frameworks aligned to business goals.
- Proven experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to ensure compliance, manage risk, and advise stakeholders on regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Performance Management processes, including goal setting, feedback, appraisals, and development planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at multiple levels of the organization.
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role in a quick-paced technology, fintech, or financial services environment is preferred.
- Ability to interpret HR analytics and use data to inform decisions on workforce planning, engagement, and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
