Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations and supporting a positive, compliant workplace. This role includes managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating payroll and benefits with relevant teams.

The Human Resources

Executive will handle employee relations matters, support performance management processes, and help implement training and development initiatives. Daily responsibilities also involve ensuring adherence to HR policies, assisting with policy updates,



and supporting leadership with HR data and reporting to improve organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Solid HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills to oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle and support organizational goals.
- Experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and coordination of payroll and benefits.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance practices, with the ability to implement and update policies in line with relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and supporting a respectful, inclusive work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Patna.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity, prioritize tasks effectively, and use HR software or tools for reporting and record-keeping.
