We are looking for a dynamic Unit Business HR Lead (BHR) to align HR practices with plant operational goals.

This role will drive strategic HR planning, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and attrition management, contributing to overall plant success.

? Key Responsibilities

Responsible for overall HR activities of manufacturing units.

Drive HR cost management aligned with AOP.

Lead recruitment, onboarding digitization, and current joiner experience.

Implement Recognition & Rewards (R&R;)



and Diversity & Inclusion frameworks.

Manage compliance, attrition, and HR system adoption using Kaizen principles.

? Qualifications & Experience

MBA + BE/B.Tech

10–15 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing/plant environments.

? Attributes

Strong interpersonal skills, conflict management, and decision-making.

Functional excellence in HR operations.

Experience in HR system adoption and audit compliance.
