Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage employee induction program, including onboarding process across plants .
- Coordinate with HR team to ensure smooth execution of all HR activities.
- Conduct probationary reviews for current employees.
- Ensure timely confirmation of selected candidates through various channels (campus hiring, referrals).
- Manage Training calendars
