Role & responsibilities

- Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll and statutory compliance.

- Working knowledge of PF/EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax and Labour Laws.

- Experience in handling site manpower and subcontractor workforce compliance will be preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

- Ability to be resourceful, proactive and solution-oriented when issues arise.

- Positive documentation and record-maintenance skills.

Preferred candidate profile

- Any Graduate, preferably MBA in HR

- 5-6 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in the Construction Industry.
