Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Human Resource Management Trainer (Telugu). The trainer will design and deliver HR management training sessions in Telugu for engineering graduates and early-career professionals, using online platforms and digital learning tools.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting live or recorded sessions, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback and guidance. The role also involves updating content based on industry trends, collaborating with the SkillDzire team to improve curricula, and maintaining accurate records of learner progress. The trainer is expected to maintain an inclusive,



supportive learning environment and ensure that participants can apply HR concepts in practical workplace scenarios.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management concepts, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience in training, coaching, or teaching, with the ability to explain HR topics clearly and engage learners in an online setting.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Telugu, with the ability to deliver sessions and create supporting materials in Telugu; working knowledge of English is beneficial.
- Familiarity with online training tools, learning management systems, and basic digital communication platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a learner-focused and inclusive approach.
- Ability to plan sessions independently, manage part-time schedules, and meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications or industry experience are an advantage.
- Understanding of current HR practices in India, including basic labor regulations and workplace policies, is preferred.
