- 5 years in HSE, Internal Auditing, Compliance or Corporate OE across multiple sites/projects.
- Experience in internal HSE, compliance, contractor and Corporate OE audits against company, legal and ISO requirements.
- Knowledge of HSE systems, HIRA/Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, audit reporting and KPIs.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on corrective actions and continual HSE & OE improvement.
