Role Description The HSEQ Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing health, safety, environment, and quality standards across catering operations. The role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring HSEQ policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting workplace inspections, risk assessments, and audits; investigating incidents and near misses; and driving corrective and preventive actions.

The HSEQ Manager will design and deliver training programs for staff, promote a strong safety culture, and collaborate with operations teams to integrate HSEQ best practices into all service processes. The role also includes maintaining documentation, preparing reports,



and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in food safety and operational quality.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices relevant to catering and industrial environments.
- Experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS), including environmental compliance and sustainable operational practices.
- Practical expertise in Accident Investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Ability to design and deliver Training programs on HSEQ policies, procedures, and protected work practices.
- Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, FSSAI or equivalent) and quality management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental science, hospitality management, engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in HSE/EHS are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and coach teams at all levels.
- Proven experience in a similar HSEQ or safety management role, ideally within catering, hospitality, or industrial services.
