Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels
- Search, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Contact candidates and explain job opportunities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment/hiring
- Hands-on experience with job portals
- Experience in candidate sourcing and screening
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge
