Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiters to join our Human Resources team at Vastu Vihar. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring timely closure of manpower requirements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, databases and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on experience, qualifications, skills and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/management interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with selected candidates for documentation, offer acceptance and joining.
- Maintain daily and weekly recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
- Handle multiple vacancies and recruitment requirements simultaneously.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate database for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with project/site teams and business functions for manpower requirements.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




- Support employee joining formalities and recruitment-related documentation.

Candidate Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Strong experience in sourcing and screening candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Good follow-up, coordination and candidate management skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
- Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure or related industries will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
