We are a growing recruitment consultancy based in Mumbai, helping companies identify and hire quality talent across multiple industries and functions.
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter who can take ownership of the recruitment process and help us deliver strong candidates to our clients.
Key Responsibilities* Understand client job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, salary expectations, notice period, and job fit.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
- Shortlist and share suitable profiles with clients.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process. Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Negotiate and coordinate offers with candidates.
- Follow up until joining and ensure successful closures.
Maintain robust relationships with candidates and build a talent pipeline. Meet monthly recruitment and placement targets.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to understand new client requirements.

Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
Experience in an agency recruitment consultancy will be an advantage. Strong knowledge of sourcing through LinkedIn and job portals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct candidate screening and interviews. Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. Ability to handle multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment tracking systems.
