Job Summary

Sona Star Innovation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Human Resources Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple departments and supporting the organization's growing manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and management interview rounds.
- Manage candidate communication, salary negotiation and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Support recruitment drives and walk-in interviews.
- Travel between Bangalore and Salem as required.

Requirements




- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Good knowledge of sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate-management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel between Bangalore and Salem.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in engineering, manufacturing, technology, automation, robotics or technical recruitment will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
