We are hiring HR Recruiters with a minimum of 6 months of recruitment experience and excellent communication skills.

Candidates with experience in BPO, IT, US IT Recruitment, Sales, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Banking, Finance, Healthcare, E-commerce, Retail, Telecom, Logistics, Hospitality, Education, Customer Support, or related industries can apply.

Salary Structure

- First 3 Months: Up to 30,000 Take-Home

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.




- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment or relevant domains.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good candidate-handling and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Female candidates only.
