We are now seeking a agile and experienced HR Recruiter who can take full ownership of recruitment processes and contribute to sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in our fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Stay updated with current recruitment trends, hiring strategies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and interviewing techniques.
- Experience in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Understanding of HR policies and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms/job portals.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience recruiting across IT domains.
- Graduate (Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience using recruitment tools and hiring platforms.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Recruitment certifications will be an added advantage.
