Ruma Enterprise is looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company expectations.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with salary discussions and offer coordination.
- Support the onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records and prepare basic hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and effective sourcing methods.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR,



Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines.
