Job Summary

DreamChild Life Science is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and joining formalities. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, good recruitment knowledge and the ability to identify and hire the right talent.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in HR,



Business Administration or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment/hiring
- Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process
- Strong communication and candidate-handling skills
- Experience in sourcing, screening and interview coordination
- Basic knowledge of HRMS and recruitment tools
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and hiring requirements
- Good follow-up, coordination and decision-making skills
