HR Operations Role

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4–8 Years

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to manage core HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in exit management, mobility processes, HRMS administration, employee data management, stakeholder coordination, and HR process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee exit formalities, including clearance, asset recovery, documentation, and employee communication.
- Handle employee mobility processes, including internal transfers, travel, visa processing, immigration documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Maintain and update employee data in HRMS systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely resolution for HR operational matters.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, business teams, payroll, finance, IT, immigration, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support HR transformation, process improvement, and automation initiatives.




- Prepare HR reports and perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end employee exit/offboarding management.
- Experience in mobility processes, internal transfers, travel, visa, and immigration management.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS administration and employee data management.
- Exposure to HR transformation, process improvement, automation, or HR operational projects.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential employee information.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Data Validation
- Reporting & Dashboards
- Data Analysis

Preferred Skills
- Experience with PeopleSoft HR / SAP HR.
- Knowledge of HR reporting and analytics.
- Experience managing HR operations projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
