Role Overview The HR Manager (Reviewer) is responsible for reviewing employee performance, HR processes, attendance, productivity, compliance, and workplace practices. The role involves monitoring HR activities, reviewing reports prepared by HR/Admin staff, identifying gaps, and ensuring that HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Performance Review
- Review employee KPIs, KRAs, attendance, productivity, and performance reports.
- Monitor individual and team performance against assigned targets.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement measures.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Review probation performance and recommend confirmation, extension, or other appropriate action.
2. HR Process Review
- Review and monitor HR processes, policies, and documentation.
- Ensure employee records and HR documents are properly maintained.
- Verify appointment letters, probation documents, salary revision letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
- Review employee onboarding and exit processes.
3. Attendance & Leave Monitoring
- Review attendance, leave records, late coming, absenteeism, and working hours.
- Verify monthly attendance and leave reports before payroll processing.
- Identify attendance-related issues and coordinate with management for corrective action.
4. Payroll & Salary Review
- Review payroll inputs such as attendance, leave deductions, incentives, and salary revisions.
- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team to ensure accurate salary processing.
- Verify employee salary changes and incentive calculations.
5. Employee Relations
- Handle employee concerns and workplace issues professionally.
- Maintain effective communication between employees and management.
- Review complaints, disciplinary matters, and employee grievances.
- Support management in maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
6. Recruitment Review
- Review manpower requirements and recruitment progress.
- Monitor candidate screening, interview processes, and selection documentation.
- Review recruitment performance and joining status.
- Ensure proper onboarding of selected candidates.
7. HR Reporting & Documentation
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Prepare management-level HR summaries and recommendations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Ensure HR documents are accurate, updated, and properly organized.
8. Policy & Compliance
- Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.
- Review implementation of HR policies and workplace rules.
- Identify policy gaps and recommend improvements.
- Maintain necessary statutory and HR compliance records in coordination with management/accounts.
9. Training & Development
- Identify employee training and development requirements.
- Review training effectiveness and employee participation.
- Support performance improvement and employee development programs.
10. Management Coordination
- Provide management with regular updates on employee performance and HR matters.
- Highlight critical employee issues requiring management attention.
- Assist management in HR-related decision-making through accurate reports and documented observations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in HR/Admin or HR management is preferred.
- Good knowledge of HR processes, employee management, and documentation.

Authority & Accountability The HR Manager (Reviewer) is accountable for maintaining the quality and accuracy of HR processes and reports and for bringing significant employee, performance, attendance, and policy-related issues to the attention of management.
Working Relationship
Internal: Management, HR/Admin Team, Accounts, Sales, Operations, and all employees.
External: Recruitment agencies, consultants, training providers, and other HR-related service providers.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
