Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR professional to manage end-to-end Human Resources operations for our organization. The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, employee relations, policy implementation, and overall workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and hiring.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction process for new employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Manage internal HR operations and day-to-day employee coordination.
- Draft HR letters, offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Support management in employee engagement and performance management activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.




- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions when required.
- Coordinate exit formalities, resignations, and full-and-final settlements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Support management in building a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is acceptable.
- Previous HR experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
