Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations for our Greater Noida Arena dealership. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliance, employee engagement, manpower management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations for the dealership.

- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.




- Ensure proper maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee-related data.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and company HR policies.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower requirements.
- Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor joining, transfers, promotions, resignations, and Full & Final processes.
- Ensure timely completion of HR-related documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with corporate HR for policies, audits, MIS, and other HR requirements.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to organizational policies.
- Support training, development, and performance management activities.
- Prepare and share regular HR MIS and manpower reports.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.

- Automobile/dealership industry experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently manage HR activities.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Salary: As per industry standards.
