Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage the complete HR operations of the organization, with a strong focus on payroll, attendance management, recruitment, employee documentation, and statutory compliance. Candidates with experience in the Hospitality or Facility Management industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete payroll process, including salary preparation, deductions, incentives, overtime, and final settlements.
- Manage and monitor employee attendance, leave, shifts, overtime, and absenteeism.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and close vacancies on time.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Manage employee joining, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, bonus, and other applicable compliances.
- Coordinate with external consultants/agencies for statutory compliance and payroll-related matters.
- Prepare HR reports related to attendance, payroll, manpower, recruitment,
and employee movements.
- Handle employee grievances and support management in resolving HR-related issues.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor employee performance and support the implementation of KPI and performance management systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper HR records.
- Support management in workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in complete payroll and attendance management.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Robust understanding of HR compliance and statutory requirements.
- Experience handling a large workforce will be an advantage.
- Experience in Hospitality, Facility Management, Staffing, or Service Industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR/payroll software.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
