Role Description The HR Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for overseeing end-to-end human resources operations. Daily tasks include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating workforce planning, and supporting performance management cycles. The role involves implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
The HR Manager will address employee queries, support engagement and retention initiatives, facilitate training and development programs, and collaborate with leadership to reinforce a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
This position requires close coordination with management and cross-functional teams to align HR practices with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong HR operations and administration skills, including experience with recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in employee relations and engagement, such as handling grievances, supporting conflict resolution, and organizing employee engagement activities.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policy implementation within the Indian regulatory context.
- Candidates should possess skills in performance management and talent development, including conducting evaluations, supporting training programs, and identifying development needs.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role, ideally within financial services or a quick-growing organization, will be beneficial.
- Proficiency in HR software, MS Office tools, and comfort working with data and HR metrics is an advantage.
