About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team in Thrissur for a 6-month paid internship. This internship will provide practical, hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, attendance management, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing through job portals and other channels.
- Screen CVs and coordinate with candidates.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Assist with employee joining and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with attendance and leave management.
- Support preparation of HR reports and salary-related documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding employee-related matters.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, notices, and other HR documents.
- Support employee engagement and HR activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the HR Manager.
Eligibility
- Completed MBA HR, MHRM, BBA HR, any HR-related course.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in HR.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
