Position: Talent Acquisition Intern

Duration: Internship

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support in conducting initial HR screening calls
- Assist in employer branding and campus hiring activities
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed Graduation/MBA in HR or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced setting

Job Type: Internship Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
