KEY RESPONSIBILITY
● Oversee end-to-end recruitment, covering candidate sourcing, screening, interviews,
background checks, selection, offer negotiation, and offer letter generation.
● Facilitate smooth employee onboarding, orientation, induction programs, and complete documentation processes.
● Supervise daily payroll administration, leave and attendance tracking, incentives,
bonuses, performance increments, and master database updates.
● Ensure full statutory compliance with local labor regulations, including PF, ESIC,
Gratuity, and related statutory filings.
● Drive performance appraisal cycles, employee engagement, welfare activities, and proactive retention strategies.
● Serve as the main contact for day-to-day HR operations, resolving employee queries,
maintaining HRMS data, and overseeing record-keeping.
● Review, revise, and roll out HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and workplace processes as needed.
● Maintain strict adherence to company guidelines while promoting a positive,
healthy, and high-performance work environment.
QUALIFICATION
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (BBA/BBM HR), Business Administration, or related field
(MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
● Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist or in HR operations.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Valuable understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
- Working knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters professionally.
- Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office tools is preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
