About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have prior recruitment experience in the Travel & Tourism industry and be capable of independently managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references, and other channels.
- Conduct active headhunting and talent mapping, particularly for Travel & Tourism roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain regular candidate follow-ups and engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Understand job requirements, role specifications, and hiring priorities from stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview feedback, and MIS.
- Ensure vacancies are closed within defined TATs and recruitment timelines.




- Conduct continuous market mapping and talent sourcing to build a robust candidate network.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the Travel industry.
- Support employer branding and other Talent Acquisition/HR initiatives as required.

Requirements & Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Mandatory: Prior recruitment experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Strong experience in sourcing, headhunting, screening, and candidate assessment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment databases, and references.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and work within deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with hiring managers.
