HR Executive – Recruitment & HR Operations | Kinemach Group, Pune

We build industrial machines: custom automation and assembly lines (Kinemach), high-shear mixers and process plants (Prócer), and automatic screw-driving systems (DynaScrew). Our customers include Tata and ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel. We are growing fast and want our first dedicated HR person. Your main job is to turn good applicants into people who actually join.

What you will do

Recruitment (about 60% of the role)

- Own hiring end to end for engineers, draughtsmen, fitters, welders, electricians, sales and marketing
- Post jobs on Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn and apna, and build links with ITIs and polytechnics around Pune
- Call shortlisted candidates within 48 hours and check experience, salary, notice period and commute
- Schedule interviews with the founder and technical team, and collect feedback the same day
- Run reference checks, negotiate salary and issue offer letters
- Stay in touch with selected candidates every week until they join
- Manage recruitment consultants and keep a weekly hiring tracker

HR operations (about 40% of the role)
- Onboarding, appointment letters, confirmations and exits, including full and final settlement
- Employee files, attendance, leave and payroll inputs
- PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and contract-labour compliance, working with our payroll consultant
- Basic HR policies and first point of contact for employee concerns

What we are looking for





- MBA/PGDM in HR or MSW (HR/LR); a strong graduate with the right experience will also be considered
- 3–6 years in HR, with at least 2 years hiring for a manufacturing or engineering company
- A track record of closing shop-floor and engineering hires, not just screening CVs
- Fluent Marathi and Hindi, valuable English, and comfortable making 30–40 calls a day
- Working knowledge of PF, ESIC and Shops & Establishment Act basics
- Good with Excel or Google Sheets

Good to have

- Experience at a machine builder, SPM or capital-equipment company
- A network with ITIs and colleges around PCMC, Chakan and Bhosari
- Experience with payroll or HRMS software

Salary: ₹3.5 – 5.5 LPA, based on experience Location: Pune, on-site, full-time
