Job Purpose To support day-to-day HR operations, plant admin, worker attendance, and basic labor compliance, ensuring smooth shop-floor workforce management and seamless communication between floor staff and management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Plant Recruitment & Onboarding

- Source and screen profiles for junior technicians, operators, apprentices, and shop-floor staff.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, document verification, and background checks.
- Conduct plant induction, safety orientation, and onboarding for recent hires.

2. Time, Attendance & Shift Management

- Monitor daily biometric attendance, shift rosters,



over-time (OT) entries, and gate passes.
- Track contractor manpower counts, daily deployment, and leave records.
- Coordinate with the payroll team to compile monthly attendance and leave data.

3. HR Operations & Employee Support

- Maintain physical files and digital personnel records for all permanent and contract workers.
- Handle issuance of ID cards, uniforms, safety gear (PPE), and locker allocations.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding leaves, salary slips, and policies.
