About Us: Colossal Polymix is a polymer/plastic raw materials manufacturing company based in Delhi, focused on quality production and efficient business operations.

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who can independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and fast candidate onboarding. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the hiring process and be comfortable conducting virtual interviews on Zoom, Google Meet, or other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle — job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
- Schedule and conduct virtual interviews on Zoom, Google Meet, or other platforms
- Ensure quick turnaround and meet hiring timelines for open positions
- Handle offer letters,



documentation, and onboarding process
- Understand manpower requirements across departments and identify right-fit candidates
- Maintain HR records and recruitment trackers (Google Sheets, etc.)

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of relevant HR/Recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques
- Proficient in using virtual interview platforms (Zoom, Google Meet)
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Ability to handle multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets preferred

Salary: As per experience
