- Counsel and guide candidates regarding overseas career and employment opportunities.
- Explain job roles, eligibility criteria, recruitment procedures, documentation, and terms & conditions.
- Handle candidate enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face interactions.
- Screen candidates based on qualifications, experience, and job requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with the recruitment, documentation, training, and management teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases.
- Assist candidates with document collection and verification.
- Conduct counselling sessions and provide career guidance to prospective candidates.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates.
- Achieve assigned enquiry, counselling, and conversion targets while maintaining qualified communication.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
