Job Summary

Medicare Environmental Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to supervise housekeeping staff, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day housekeeping operations.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and team-management skills and be capable of supervising housekeeping staff and coordinating daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily housekeeping activities.
- Allocate duties and work areas to housekeeping staff.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance of housekeeping employees.
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of offices, facilities, common areas, and other assigned areas.
- Ensure housekeeping staff follow proper cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
- Monitor the availability and proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, machines, and other housekeeping materials.
- Maintain stock records of housekeeping consumables and cleaning materials.
- Raise requirements for cleaning materials and consumables when required.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and proper use of chemicals and equipment.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of cleaning chemicals.




- Coordinate with management regarding housekeeping requirements and operational issues.
- Resolve housekeeping-related complaints and ensure timely corrective action.
- Prepare daily/weekly housekeeping reports.
- Monitor staff productivity and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Ensure housekeeping staff follow company safety rules and procedures.
- Support management during inspections, audits, and special cleaning activities.

Qualification
- Any Degree from a recognized institution.
- Candidates with relevant housekeeping supervision experience will be preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills are an advantage.

Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, facility management, industrial housekeeping, hospital housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, or a similar field.
- Experience managing a team of housekeeping staff is preferred.
