- Room Inspections: Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas regularly to ensure compliance with company cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic standards.

- Team Leadership & Training: Supervise daily shift operations, conduct morning briefings, assign daily tasks to room attendants, and provide ongoing training on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and brand standards.

- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, guest amenities, linens, and uniform items; report shortages or requisition replacements as needed.

- Maintenance Coordination: Identify and report maintenance defects or repair needs (e.g., plumbing, fixtures, HVAC) to the maintenance department and track work orders to completion.

- Lost and Found Management: Oversee the proper logging, secure storage, and return of guest belongings left behind.

- Guest Relations: Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, complaints, or special requirements with a service-oriented mindset.

- Administrative Duties: Maintain attendance records, manage room status reports in the Property Management System (PMS), and ensure daily shift logs are accurately completed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
