We’re Hiring: HR & Corporate Relations Manager

SIEM XPERT is looking for an HR & Corporate Relations Manager who can independently handle day-to-day HR operations while also building strong corporate relationships for placements, corporate collaborations and corporate training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

HR & People Management

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, employee engagement and exit processes.
- Handle employee concerns, grievances and day-to-day internal issues independently.
- Monitor employee performance, KRAs/KPIs and follow up with teams on accountability.
- Manage hiring requirements across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Trainers and other departments.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary discussions and offer coordination.
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, employee records and documentation.
- Handle employee feedback, performance discussions and workplace concerns.
- Ensure a positive, professional and productive work environment.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal initiatives.
- Provide regular HR and employee-performance updates to management.

Corporate Relations & Placements
- Build relationships with HR teams, Talent Acquisition teams, hiring managers and cybersecurity leaders across organizations.
- Develop corporate tie-ups for placement opportunities for SIEM XPERT students.
- Connect with companies to understand their current and upcoming cybersecurity hiring requirements.
- Coordinate candidate profiles, interviews, placement drives and hiring activities.
- Build and maintain a strong database of corporate hiring partners.




- Regularly follow up with companies for new job requirements and placement opportunities.

Corporate Training & B2B Collaborations
- Identify and approach organizations for corporate cybersecurity training opportunities.
- Connect with HR, L&D;, Talent Development and Cybersecurity teams.
- Understand client requirements including training topics, technologies, number of participants, skill level, delivery mode and timelines.
- Coordinate with trainers and management to develop suitable training solutions.
- Support corporate meetings, proposals, commercial discussions and follow-ups.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients for recurring training and collaboration opportunities.
- Participate in relevant corporate/networking events and represent SIEM XPERT professionally.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR, Corporate Relations, Talent Acquisition, Placement/Corporate Connect or similar roles.
- Strong experience in recruitment and employee management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Robust LinkedIn networking and corporate outreach skills.
- Ability to independently manage employee issues and take ownership.
- Comfortable communicating with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams, L&D; teams and senior corporate stakeholders.
- Experience in IT, Cybersecurity, Training or EdTech will be preferred.
- Experience in placement tie-ups, corporate training or B2B partnerships will be a strong advantage.
