We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Job Trainees (JT) to join our hospitality team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and students from Hotel Management Institutes to gain practical industry experience and build a rewarding career in hospitality.

Job Trainees will receive hands-on training across various departments while working alongside experienced hospitality professionals.

Departments Available

- Front Office
- Food & Beverage Service
- Housekeeping
- Food Production / Kitchen

Key Responsibilities Depending on the department assigned, trainees will:
- Assist the respective department in day-to-day hotel operations.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
- Learn and follow standard hotel operating procedures.
- Assist senior staff with departmental activities.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Learn proper guest-handling and hospitality practices.
- Support the team during busy periods and special events.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Participate actively in training and skill-development activities.

Eligibility
- Students / Freshers from Hotel Management Institutes.




- Candidates pursuing or recently completing a Hotel Management / Hospitality course.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a hospitality environment.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and team spirit.
