Touchwood World is looking for a commercially driven and result-oriented Hospitality Sales Leader – Business Head to lead the sales and business development function for Touchwood Bliss.

This role requires an individual who understands hospitality sales, resort revenue generation, customer acquisition, corporate and wedding bookings, and business growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading the sales team, building strong client relationships, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.

The position requires a leader who can take end-to-end ownership of sales performance, build a strong sales pipeline, improve conversion ratios, and create sustainable business growth.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Business Growth & Revenue Generation

- Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales strategies to achieve business revenue targets.
- Take ownership of overall hospitality sales performance, revenue generation, and business development.
- Identify current revenue opportunities across resort bookings, corporate stays, weddings, events, group bookings, and other hospitality offerings.
- Develop strategies to increase occupancy, average booking value, repeat business, and overall revenue.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
- Build a predictable revenue pipeline and ensure timely achievement of business targets.

B. Sales Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the hospitality sales and reservations team.
- Set individual and team-wise sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity and conversions.
- Ensure disciplined follow-ups, timely lead management, and effective sales closures.
- Establish accountability for daily calling, lead follow-ups, client meetings, and revenue generation.
- Identify training needs and develop the team's negotiation, communication, and closing skills.

C. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Develop strategies to generate qualified leads through direct sales, corporate outreach, referrals, partnerships, digital channels, and other relevant sources.
- Oversee the complete sales funnel, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, booking confirmation, and payment collection.
- Monitor lead response time, follow-up quality,



pipeline value, and conversion ratios.
- Personally handle high-value clients, strategic accounts, and key business opportunities.
- Ensure that every qualified lead is tracked and followed up through the company's CRM system.

D. Corporate Sales, Weddings & Events
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, wedding planners, event agencies, and institutional customers.
- Develop packages and proposals for corporate offsites, team outings, weddings, celebrations, and group stays.
- Identify and develop new business partnerships that contribute to consistent bookings.
- Negotiate commercial terms while protecting profitability and maintaining service standards.
- Coordinate with operations, reservations, marketing, and event teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

E. Revenue Planning & Sales Strategy
- Prepare monthly revenue forecasts, sales plans, and business development roadmaps.
- Analyse booking trends, lead sources, sales performance, and revenue gaps.
- Recommend pricing, packages, promotions, and sales initiatives in coordination with management.
- Track revenue against targets and take corrective action when performance falls short.
- Work with the marketing team to align campaigns with business priorities and booking requirements.
- Focus on profitable revenue growth rather than sales volume alone.

F. CRM, Reporting & Process Discipline
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates for all leads, calls, follow-ups, proposals, and bookings.
- Maintain visibility of the sales pipeline, expected closures, lost leads, and pending payments.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Ensure the team follows approved pricing, discounting, payment, and booking procedures.
- Submit performance dashboards and revenue forecasts to the management team as required.

G. Client Relationship & Customer Experience
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Ensure timely responses to enquiries,



proposals, and client concerns.
- Coordinate with resort operations to align client expectations with service delivery.
- Drive repeat bookings, referrals, client retention, and positive customer feedback.
- Resolve escalated sales-related issues professionally and promptly.

Note: Specific numerical targets will be defined by management based on current business performance, available capacity, seasonality, and growth objectives.

1. Educational Qualification & Experience

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience in hospitality sales, resort sales, hotel business development, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in leading a sales team or independently managing significant sales targets is preferred.
- Experience in resort bookings, corporate sales, weddings, events, or group bookings will be an advantage.
- Practical knowledge of CRM systems, sales reporting, revenue forecasting, and business development processes is required.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
