We are looking for an experienced and detail oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations at our hospitality property in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest comfort.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms, public areas, back of house, and other operational spaces.
- Supervise, train, and manage housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and consistent service quality.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance coordination.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with property standards.
- Manage housekeeping inventory, linen, uniforms, cleaning supplies, and amenities while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure timely room readiness and resolution of maintenance issues.
- Monitor staff productivity,

- Ensure adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Manage vendor coordination, procurement requirements, and departmental budgets.
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping related concerns promptly and professionally.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a reputed 4 star or 5 star hotel, luxury resort, or premium hospitality establishment.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial housekeeping role.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning protocols, linen management, inventory control, and hygiene standards.
- Excellent team management, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain high service standards while managing operational costs.
- A hands on approach with robust attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
- A diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a relevant hospitality qualification is preferred.
