We are seeking an experience Horticulturist for a landmark township project in Guyana (South America) , to manage the nursery and landscape area

Key Responsibilities

- Lead horticulture and landscape maintenance across residential projects, townships, podiums, gardens and common areas .
- Manage plantation, irrigation, pruning, fertilization, pest control and plant health .
- Supervise gardening teams, contractors and landscape agencies.
- Plan seasonal horticulture activities and ensure landscape quality standards.
- Coordinate with Project, Design, FM and Operations teams for landscaping requirements.
- Manage horticulture vendors, procurement, manpower and budgets.
- Implement water conservation, composting and sustainable landscaping practices.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical inputs for new landscaping and enhancement projects.
- Maintain required documentation, plant inventory and maintenance schedules.
- Oversee landscaping activities through development,



handover and post-handover stages .

Candidate Profile

- 10 to 12 years of experience in horticulture / landscape management.
- Experience with real estate developers, townships, premium residential or large-scale landscape projects preferred.
- Robust knowledge of landscaping, irrigation, plant care and pest management .
- Proven experience in team, contractor and vendor management .
- Good understanding of horticulture budgeting, procurement and cost control.
- Strong coordination, planning and problem-solving skills.
