Usshmaa Wellness Retreat is looking for dedicated, hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our growing hospitality team in the serene hills of Himachal Pradesh.

As a member of our housekeeping team, you will play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene and comfort of our guest rooms and resort facilities. We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work, have a positive attitude and are committed to delivering a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and common areas to high standards.
- Make beds, change bed linens, replace towels and replenish guest amenities.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation across all assigned areas.
- Maintain and organize housekeeping supplies, cleaning materials and equipment.
- Report maintenance issues, damages and lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
- Follow established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines and hygiene standards.
- Assist in preparing rooms for guest arrivals and ensuring timely room readiness.
- Respond courteously to guest requests and coordinate with other departments.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of linen, cleaning products and housekeeping equipment.
- Support the housekeeping team in daily operations and help maintain a clean, comfortable and peaceful environment throughout the retreat.

Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel,



resort or housekeeping operations is preferred.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, discipline and teamwork.
- Ability to follow instructions and manage assigned tasks efficiently.
- Polite behaviour and a guest-focused approach.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, when required.
