Manage day-to-day Home Care operations and service delivery.

Coordinate and supervise caregivers, nurses and other field staff.

Handle new enquiries, client assessments and service coordination.

Ensure quality and timely delivery of home care services.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.

Manage staff allocation, duty schedules and replacements.

Monitor client feedback and resolve service-related concerns.

Coordinate with doctors, hospitals and other healthcare professionals when required.

Manage recruitment, training and onboarding of caregivers and nurses.

Monitor attendance, performance and staff discipline.

Maintain client and operational records and prepare regular reports.

Support business growth through client referrals and local networking.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
