Role Description This full-time Hiring Telecaller Counselor BDE role is an on-site position based in Gwalior. The role involves sourcing and connecting with potential candidates through outbound and inbound calls, explaining job opportunities and training programs, and guiding candidates through the hiring or enrollment process.

The Hiring Telecaller

Counselor BDE will maintain candidate databases, schedule and follow up on interviews, and coordinate with internal teams to meet hiring and business development targets. Daily responsibilities also include responding to candidate queries,



providing counseling on career paths and relevant training, and supporting business development activities by engaging with corporate clients and institutions. The role requires consistent documentation, adherence to process, and a qualified, service-oriented approach in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication, telecalling, and counseling skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in candidate sourcing, lead generation, and basic business development for hiring and client engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in relationship management, customer service, and follow-up to maintain ongoing candidate and client interactions.
- Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency, CRM or spreadsheet handling, and data entry skills for managing records and reports.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple calls, schedules, and hiring tasks efficiently.
- Relevant experience in telecalling, recruitment, counseling, or sales support is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Comfort working in an on-site, target-driven environment and fluency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
