Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Gwalior for a Hiring Telecaller Counselor HR Recruiter BDE professional. The role involves making outbound and inbound calls to candidates and clients, explaining job opportunities, and counseling applicants about suitable career options.

The individual will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.



Day-to-day work includes building and nurturing client relationships, supporting business development initiatives, and following up on leads to convert them into successful placements or training engagements. The role also requires preparing basic reports, updating tracking sheets, and collaborating with internal teams to meet hiring and business targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and telecalling skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes professionally.
- Candidates should possess skills in candidate counseling, HR recruitment processes, and interview coordination, with a focus on matching profiles to client requirements.
- Candidates should possess client interaction, negotiation, and business development skills to support lead generation and relationship management.
- Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency, including use of MS Office, CRM or recruitment tools, and online job portals.
- Relevant experience in HR, recruitment, counseling, or sales/business development will be beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; a background in HR, business, or related fields is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gwalior, meet targets, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
