Title: Talent Acquisition - HR @ The Salad House – Gurgaon

Location - The Salad House - Shop No. 30, 1st Floor, Block B, Element One Mall, Sector 49, Gurgaon

Salary- ₹15,000–18,000 per month, based on interview

Timing - 9:00am to 6pm | Sunday - Off

Role Overview - Lead F&B; recruitment and build partnerships with culinary institutes.

What you’ll do

Own hiring end to end, from sourcing to onboarding

Hire for key roles: Commis Chefs, OJTs, interns, kitchen staff and other support roles

Build outreach with top hospitality colleges and culinary institutes

Who we’re looking for

Fresher, or 0–1 year of experience in recruitment

Hospitality or F&B; hiring experience is a plus, not mandatory

Enthusiasm, and a proactive, people-driven approach
