We are looking for a skilled and experienced HMC Machine Operator to join our precision machining team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Horizontal Machining Centers to produce high-precision engineering components according to technical drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Machine Operation & Setup: Set up and operate HMC machines (including fixture mounting, workpiece loading, and alignment). Tooling & Offsets: Select, inspect, and set up cutting tools, holders, and inserts; perform tool height and work coordinate offset settings. Drawing & Specs Reading: Interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings, GD&T; symbols, bill of materials, and process sheets.

Machining Process: Monitor the machining process,



adjust feed rates/speeds, and ensure correct application of coolants.

Quality Control: Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (micrometers, vernier calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, dial indicators) to ensure precision and dimensional accuracy.

Routine Maintenance: Perform daily preventive maintenance, checking coolant levels, oil levels, and keeping the work area clean and organized (5S).

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve basic machining issues, tool wear, or minor mechanical errors during production.
