1. Sales Target Achievement: Daily market visit and cover 20-25 retailers daily basis as per monthly travel plan. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in General Trade by expanding the distributor and retailer base.

2. Distributor Management: Build robust relationships with distributors, ensuring product availability and maintaining optimum stock levels.

3. Retailer Engagement: Conduct regular market visits to assess retailer performance, manage relationships, and ensure visibility of the brand in outlets.

4. Route Planning: Plan and execute the sales route for daily market visits to maximize coverage and improve product penetration.





5. Market Feedback: Gather feedback from retailers and distributors on pricing, promotions, competitor activity, and product acceptance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Growth in the number of active retailers and stores.
- Improvement in product visibility and brand presence in both GT and MT.
- Effective distributor and store relationship management.
- Read in out-of-stock issues and improvement in stock rotation.
