Position: Hospitality Manager

Industry: Real Estate & Property Development

Location: Head Office -Jayanagar

Job Purpose To manage and oversee hospitality-related operations ensuring high standards of service, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Entire hospitality operations (HO)
- Develop and maintain high standards for guest and customer experience.
- Oversee front office, guest relations, housekeeping, facility services, and other hospitality functions.
- Coordinate with project, facility management, administration, security, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure properties are maintained and presented to a high hospitality standard.
- Manage customer/guest requirements and resolve service-related concerns promptly.
- Establish SOPs and service standards for hospitality operations.
- Monitor vendors, service providers, housekeeping, security, and other outsourced services.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure operational readiness.
- Plan and manage hospitality requirements for project launches, events, site visits, and VIP guests.
- Track operational expenses and ensure cost-effective management.




- Identify service gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Train and guide hospitality and support staff to maintain professional service standards.
- Prepare regular operational reports and provide updates to management.
- Coordinate with senior management for special events, VIP visits, and customer engagement activities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, facility management, premium residential communities, or real estate hospitality.
- Strong experience in managing teams and service operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple sites/projects and operational requirements.
- Skilled grooming and presentation.
- Experience in real estate hospitality will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
