We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Hospital Administration Faculty member to deliver quality education and practical training to students. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in hospital administration, healthcare management, and hospital operations, along with excellent communication and teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures and practical sessions on Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management.

- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials.

- Teach subjects such as Hospital Operations, Medical Records Management, Healthcare Quality Management, Hospital Finance, and Patient Care Services.

- Guide and mentor students in academic and career development.

- Conduct assessments, examinations, seminars, workshops, and presentations.

- Provide practical insights into hospital operations, healthcare policies, and administrative procedures.

- Maintain students’ attendance, academic records, and performance reports.

- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective curriculum delivery.

- Support students in internships, projects, and placement preparation.

- Stay updated on current trends and developments in the healthcare industry

Eligibility Criteria





- Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, or a related field.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred as a minimum, depending on institutional requirements.

- 1–3 years of teaching or relevant industry experience is preferred.

- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and communication skills may also apply.

- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools.

- Experience in hospital operations or healthcare administration.

- Knowledge of healthcare quality standards, hospital accreditation, and healthcare regulations.

- Experience in student mentoring, academic coordination, or curriculum development.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
