Hiring for Holiday Sales Consultants for a UK-based travel company.

Key Responsibilities

Handle holiday enquiries through chat, email and calls

Understand customer travel requirements, budget and preferences

Recommend suitable destinations, hotels and holiday packages

Prepare and share competitive holiday quotations

Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

Upsell and cross-sell travel products and services

Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally

Maintain strong focus on sales, conversion, revenue and profitability

Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business

Achieve individual monthly sales and conversion targets

Requirements

Freshers from YMCA or similar travel institutes can apply





12.5 Years Of Experience In Travel Sales Preferred

Solid communication and sales skills

Excellent customer handling ability

Passion for travel

Salary

International holiday sales experience preferred

Freshers: 25,000-30,000 + incentives

Exceptional freshers: Up to 35,000 + incentives

12 years: Salary based on existing salary + reasonable hike + incentives

Experienced candidates: 55,000+ + incentives
