Role & responsibilities

- To be passionate to take up challenging tasks
- Direct reporting to Management and will be responsible for Operational, financial, business, manpower and administration matters
- Candidate should have experience in managing large fleet of vehicles and maintenance.
- Should be able to plan, lead, develop and drive the team to achieve the defined goals.
- Ability to define and upgrade the process, as per the Organizational requirement.

- Ensure timely execution of tasks and compliance on processes and strategies by the team
- Delegate appropriate tasks to the team and overview the progress to ensure TAT
- Monitor infrastructures and resources to make sure proper and effective usage.

- Constant check on yield & ROI and timely realization of payments for credit parties




- Organizing activities/training program to develop second line Managers/supervisors all through
- Review and study of various reports and performance data to gauge productivity and achieve expected goals

- Organize review meetings with team to overview the performance and take necessary measures for accomplishment of organization objectives
- Participation in Management meetings for defining the strategies, policies and new initiatives
- Should be flexible and Willing to travel extensively, on need base.
