Role Description This is a full-time, on-site faculty role for C Programming, based in Noida. The faculty member will design and deliver structured C Programming courses, including lectures, hands-on lab sessions, assignments, and projects aligned with industry expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing curriculum and lesson plans, explaining core programming concepts, guiding learners through coding exercises, and providing timely feedback on assessments.

The role involves mentoring learners on best coding practices, supporting them in problem-solving, and collaborating with the training team to continuously improve course content.



The faculty member will also participate in evaluation processes, maintain training records, and contribute to academic and technical initiatives at CertED Technologies.

Qualifications

- Strong command of C Programming fundamentals, including data types, control structures, functions, pointers, memory management, structures, and file handling.
- Hands-on experience in software development or programming roles, preferably involving C or related languages in real-world projects.
- Ability to design clear, structured curriculum and learning materials, including assignments, projects, and assessments tailored to different learner levels.
- Effective teaching, training, or mentoring skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a easy, engaging, and practical manner.
- Comfort using development tools, IDEs, version control, and basic debugging techniques relevant to C programming.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to manage classroom interactions and support diverse learners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; a master’s degree or relevant certifications is an added advantage.
- Experience in corporate or technical training environments, or prior faculty experience in programming-focused courses, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with training coordinators and technical teams to align content with industry standards and emerging technologies.
